Where can I buy a graduation sash in Ghana?
Here. Sash Plug sashes are made to order in Accra and delivered anywhere in Ghana, so there is no shop to travel to — choose a pattern from the sash designs, personalise it in the Studio, and pay online by mobile money or card.
How much does a custom sash cost?
Most patterns are GHS 90 per sash. Ghana Kente is GHS 95, because it is a denser weave than the rest. The price of whatever you have designed is shown in the Studio before you pay, and there is nothing added afterwards except delivery.
Do you make matriculation sashes?
Yes. A matriculation sash and a graduation sash are the same piece made for different days, so every design in the catalogue can be embroidered for either — your name, your hall, your programme, your year.
What can I put on my sash?
Both ends carry two areas each — four in all — and any of them takes your own text, a logo, a crest or an uploaded image. Text can be short, like a name, or long-form, like a degree and a year. You choose the embroidery thread colour and whether the lettering is upright or italic.
Do you make Kente sashes?
Yes. The Ghana Kente pattern carries a kente design through the cloth itself, and several other designs are built in kente colourways — green, gold and crimson among them. All of them are in the catalogue.
Is a graduation sash the same as a stole?
In Ghana the two words are used for the same thing, and most people searching for one mean the other. What we make is a woven sash worn over the shoulder, patterned through the cloth rather than printed on it, and embroidered at both ends.
Can I order for a whole class or group?
Yes. Set the quantity in the Studio and the price updates with it. Tell us in the order notes if the sashes carry different names, and order earlier than you would for one — a run takes longer than a single sash, and we will tell you how much longer before we start.
How early should I order?
Allow at least 10 working days for production, plus delivery time on top. In graduation and matriculation season the workshop fills up, so order as far ahead of the ceremony as you can rather than to the deadline.

How do I pay?
Mobile money or card, through Paystack’s own secure page. You leave our site to pay and come straight back. We never see your card or mobile money details.
Why do you need my phone number and email?
Paystack cannot open a payment without an email, and it is where your receipt goes. The phone number is how the workshop reaches you if something about your design needs a decision before it is stitched. Neither is used for marketing — see privacy.
Can I put my own logo or crest on it?
Yes, and it is optional — most sashes are text only. Upload it in the Studio. You are sending it voluntarily, so please only send artwork you have the right to use.
How do I check on my order?
Your confirmation carries a reference beginning SP-. Quote it in any email or call and we can find your order straight away.
Can I change my design after paying?
Usually, if you tell us before stitching starts. Once a sash is being made it carries your text and cannot be changed or resold. Write to us as early as you can.
My payment says it is still pending. Should I pay again?
No. Mobile money can take a few moments to confirm, and if your phone is asking you to approve a payment, approving it completes the order. Paying twice creates two orders. If you are unsure, contact us with your reference before trying again.
Do you deliver sashes across Ghana?
Yes — anywhere in Ghana. Every sash is made in Accra and dispatched from there, so Kumasi, Takoradi, Cape Coast, Tamale and everywhere else outside the city take a little longer to reach than a delivery within Accra. Allow for that when you order.
What if it arrives damaged or wrong?
Tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will remake it or refund you. A photograph usually tells us everything we need.
